COASTGUARDS were called to the aid of a woman who fell into a river while trying to rescue her dog.Yarmouth coastguards were called at 3.30pm today after the woman got into difficulty in the River Blyth, at Southwold.

Yarmouth coastguards were called at 3.30pm today after the woman got into difficulty in the River Blyth, at Southwold.
Both the dog and the woman were rescued and were said to be "fine and well" after the incident.
