Motorists faced an unusual hazard on the road after 12 tonnes of potatoes were spilt by an overturned tractor.
The spuds spread over both lanes of the A141 Spittals Way, in Huntingdon this morning.
The road was closed in both directions until around 2pm as the spill was cleared up.
Cambridgeshire police arrested a 38-year-old man of no fixed abode on suspicion of driving without due care and attention.
