FIREFIGHTERS battled a blaze in a garage for an hour this morning.
The fire broke out in the detached building in The Becketts, Stowmarket at around 10.10am.
Fire crews from Stowmarket, Needham Market and Elmswell fought the blaze, using breathing equipment and hose reel jets.
The garage was in danger of collapsing and thermal imaging cameras were used to check for further spread of the flames.
Two 1.5kg cylinders were ignited in the garage before fire crews arrived at the scene.
The incident was brought under control by 11.10am.
