Kirstie Seaman, a former Manningtree High School pupil whose parents live in Bradfield, Essex, died as she was riding her moped to work on the A137 early on November 9 last year.

A 51-year-old van driver from the Ipswich area was arrested shortly after the tragedy and released on police bail after questioning.

The suspect answered bail today and was re-bailed to return to Ipswich police station on February 17.
