ROY Keane might bring in one or two new players when the January transfer window reopens, but only if one or two leave.
And that's especially as striker Kevin Lisbie will return to Portman Road in January, following his successful loan spell at Colchester.
“I have one or two players in mind to bring into the club in January,” said Keane.
“But then I'm sure every manager has their wish-list. However, I have so many players so I have to balance it. One or two would have to go, although that's never straightforward, because I also have one or two more coming back from injury.”
Defender Alex Bruce and midfielder David Norris should be back in action soon, though Norris will probably not make his long-awaited return from injury until the New Year.
Meanwhile, Keane confirmed that U's boss Aidy Boothroyd has still not been in contact with him about the possibility of signing Lisbie.
