FIREFIGHTERS in Ipswich dealt with two grass fires in the town in the space of 90 minutes.
Crews from Princes Street were called at 7.19pm today to Wherstead Road where 20sqm of grass was well alight.
They spent 20 minutes extinguishing the flames.
Then at 8.49pm the alarm was raised about the second fire which was by the railway bridge in London Road.
Again 20sqm of grass was on fire and crew spent ten minutes putting it out.
