DRIVERS of a dustcart in Ipswich could not have been in a better place today when their vehicle burst into flames.
The Ipswich Borough Council truck came to grief at around 13.15pm - just as it was about to collect the rubbish at the Colchester Road fire station.
Firefighters were quickly on top of the drama and snuffed out the blaze within ten minutes.
A spokeswoman for the Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service said: “The dustcart pulled into the station and it was on fire.”
