The housebuilder legally completed 466 properties and sold homes worth �83,000,000 in the financial year ending on 30th June - exceeding its own internal targets.
The outcome provides good evidence that there are signs of life in the local housing market.
“We have a strong reputation for building high quality homes in great locations throughout the region which has enabled us to perform very well despite the tough economic backdrop,” said Rebecca Littler, sales and marketing director.
“Now is a good time to buy because prices and mortgage rates are significantly lower than they were two years ago. We are offering some superb deals which won't be on the table much longer as our stock levels have reduced significantly.”
