A former café and self-contained flat in south-east Ipswich has sold for £161,000 at auction.
The building that was previously occupied by Salt & Pepper, in Nacton Road, was listed with Auction House East Anglia.
The property initally went under the hammer with the auctioneer last May, but did not sell.
It eventually sold in an auction last month.
Prior to being run as a café, the storefront part of the building was occupied by Granspen American Shop.
It consists of a one-bedroom flat located above a shop which has a retail area, kitchen, toilet and staff room.
These rooms have been furnished in a modern style, with the kitchen coming equipped with an oven, sink and preinstalled eye and table level storage units.
There is also access to the site via a door to the side of the building.
It was initially listed with Auction House with a guide price of £150,000 to £170,000.
