Two crashes on the A14 outside of Ipswich caused severe delays earlier this evening.

Police were called to the two separate collisions on the eastbound carriageway at the Seven Hills Interchange shortly after 6pm on Tuesday.

One of the crashes involved a car and a motorcycle.

According to the AA traffic map, there were severe delays in the area.

These delays started to ease by 8pm.

The conditions of the drivers are not known at this time.

The crashes come after a man was left with life-threatening injuries following a crash on the same part of the road on Monday morning.
