An application has been made to build a two-storey home with two bedrooms on Bramford Road.
The application is for 374 Bramford Road, Ipswich, where this is currently a pre-fabricated garage.
The garage is used for storage only as it is too small to be used for parking.
The application is to build a dwelling in keeping with the design of the area, comprising of red brick 20th century design.
Parking will be at the front of the property, with the dropped kerb being extended to accommodate.
Ipswich Borough Council will decide the fate of the application in due course.
