A van driver was reported for a number of offences after a vehicle created an "obstruction" on the A14.
The incident happened on Saturday afternoon near Whitehouse, Ipswich.
On Twitter, Norfolk & Suffolk Roads and Armed Policing Team, said: "This van ‘broke down’ on the A14 near Whitehouse, Ipswich, this lunchtime.
"The vehicle had actually run out of fuel, and had a bit of wire holding the rear doors closed."

Police added that the driver was reported for having insecure load and causing an unnecessary obstruction.
