A band that formed in Ipswich has received instant success with their first song, which has been streamed thousands of times in two weeks.

AfterDrive was formed in early 2022, with three of the four members, Ben Watts, Ed Ruff and Luke Ellis all meeting at One Sixth Form College in Ipswich, before being joined by Ben's brother Joe, to create the four-piece band.

AfterDrive say that their music is influenced by that of Red Hot Chilli Peppers, The 1975 and Oasis, bringing an indie-rock sound to their music.
