This shop near Ipswich town centre is set to go under the hammer at auction later this month.
The unit, located in Upper Orwell Street, has been listed with Auction House East Anglia.
It has a guide price of between £120,000 and £140,000 and will be available for bids on Wednesday, March 22.
As well as the main shop unit, there are several upper floors that can be accessed via a metal staircase to the rear of the property.
The property is currently let on a lease that expires in December, producing £10,000 per annum.
