Three men have been charged following the discovery of two cannabis factories in Ipswich.
Offciers stopped a vehicle in Cavendish Street on Tuesday, April 4, that revealed the car was carrying items consistent with producing cannabis.
Following enquiries, police searched an address in Willoughby Road, where they found 117 small cannabis plants and 123 mature cannabis plants being grown.
Officers then searched a flat in Churchman's House in Portman Road.
After forcing entry into the property, police discovered 83 small cannabis plants and 71 mature plants.
Three men have been arrested and subsequently charged follwing the raids.
Hamit Velia, 19, of Portman Road, Ipswich, has been charged with production of cannabis and being concerned in the production of cannabis.
Euglen Aliaj, 25, of Dunlop Road, Ipswich, has been charged with being concerned in the production of cannabis, driving with no insurance and driving with no licence.
Endri Rredhi, 33, of Redi Close, Ipswich, has been charged with concerned in the production of cannabis and possession of cocaine.
The three men were remanded to appear at Suffolk Magistrates' Court on Wednesday, April 5.
