A Suffolk lifestyle store is set to move new premises in a seaside town's high street and provide a home for an art group that had to leave its former base after the landlord decided to sell up.
Suffolk Living, which is currently based in Orwell Road, Felixstowe is relocating to the former premises of tea room The Lighthouse on the corner of Orwell Road and Hamilton Road in Felixstowe because of the greater visibility to shoppers.

Although the new venue is only about 100 yards away, Francis Law, who co-runs Suffolk Living with his wife Karen, said his current shop was 'not visible' to anyone walking to the end of Hamilton Road.
He said: "We hope to brighten up Hamilton Road and take advantage of the footfall at Bank Holidays and weekends. We will be open seven days a week."
The art group is set to occupy the downstairs part of the building and will have an 'art wall' on which to display artwork.

In March, the EADT revealed how the group, which once exhibited painter David Hockney's works, had become homeless after a landlord decided to sell the Bent Hill premises where its gallery had been based for 43 years.
Suffolk Living, which has been in Orwell Road for eight years, specialises in arts and crafts and aims to provide a 'community service' for Felixstowe by encouraging people to drop in and have a chat.

The shop also sells French chic furniture paint and encourages artists to exhibit their works and has welcomed visiting artists from as far afield as Milton Keynes and Cambridge.
Mr Law hoped to open in the Hamilton Road premises on June 1 and the opening hours will be 10am-4pm, Tuesday to Saturday, 11am-3pm on Mondays and noon-3pm on Sundays.
