A man has admitted stealing a Range Rover from outside a home in Ipswich.
At about 4am on December 20 last year, the keys for the vehicle were taken from an address near to Heath Road in the Suffolk town.
The vehicle was then stolen from the property.
Enquiries and forensic work led Suffolk police to arrest a man on Tuesday, May 2 in connection with the incident.
Leroy Clarke, 33, of no fixed address but from the Ipswich area, was charged with burglary and theft of a motor vehicle.
He appeared before Suffolk Magistrates' Court on May 4 where he pleaded guilty to theft of a motor vehicle.
Clarke was remanded for a further court appearance at Ipswich Crown Court on Thursday, June 1.
