A busy Ipswich road will be closed while urgent resurfacing can take place.
Cambridge Drive in the town will be closed between July 24 and July 28 to allow resurfacing works to be carried out.
The road will be closed from 9am to 4.30pm between Birkfield Drive to just past the junction with Downing Close.
A spokesman for Suffolk Highways said: "This is necessary to ensure that we can carry out our work safely."
For the duration of the road closure, traffic will be diverted via Birkfield Drive, Cambridge Drive and vice versa.
