From coffee on the quay to a Portuguese twist, four Ipswich cafes are in the running to be named as the best in the East.
Finalist across the regions have been announced for the Official Food Awards England 2023 across a range of categories.
Bistro on the Quay, Bicafe O Portuguese, Cafe at the DanceHouse, and the Waterfront Bistro Ipswich have all be shortlisted for Bistro/Cafe of the Year (East).
Bisro on the Quay won the award for Bistro/Cafe of the Year (East) last year.
Bicafe O Portuguese has also been shortlisted for Dessert Outlet of the Year in England.
These cafes are not the only finalists in Ipswich. The Eaterie @ Salthouse Harbour Hotel has been nominated for Restaurant of the Year (East).
The winners for each category are voted for by the public, with voting now live on The Food Awards England Facebook page.
The award ceremony will take place in Birmingham later this year.
