Students and staff at Kesgrave High School Sixth Form have been celebrating as 97% achieve a pass rate in A levels at the Suffolk school.
Nearly half of all students (48%) achieved a grade between A*-B, with 75% achieving A*-C and 97% A*-E.
The school had many individual success stories, including Finlay Abbott who achieved three A* and one AS A*, and will read Mathematics at the University of Bath with a year abroad.
Another success story was Jude Tate, who achieved A*A*A*A and will read Law at the University of Oxford.
He said: "I am over the moon.
"It was a little bit daunting knowing what I needed to get to go to Oxford, but I worked hard and I thought I performed well in the exams, so it was a case of not imagining the worst case scenario."
Balaint Olajos was also successful, achieving A*A*A*B – meaning he will go to the University of Cambridge to study Natural Sciences.
Julia Upton, headteacher at Kesgrave High School, said: "We are so proud of the achievements of these students.
"It would be easy to forget what they have come through over the last three years.
"This year we are delighted to have sustained attainment at a similar level to 2022, this despite the return to pre-pandemic benchmark grading of 2019, without any adjustment to examination expectations for this group of young people.
"This is a remarkable achievement, and it is with a sense of pride that we celebrate their success and wave them off to the next chapter of their lives.
"There are many individual stories behind these results, with challenges overcome with the support of dedicated and experienced staff."
