A woman was taken to hospital after a crash involving a car and a van.
Emergency services were alerted to the collision on the A1214 London Road, near the Holiday Inn hotel at about 3.30pm on Monday.
A woman suffered injuries to her arm, according to a spokesman for Suffolk police.
"One patient, an adult woman, was transported to Ipswich Hospital for further assessment and treatment," a spokesman for the East of England Ambulance Service said.
