A 44-year-old man has been fined more than £300 for discarding a cigarette in Ipswich town centre.
Waste enforcement officers were on patrol in the town on March 24 this year when they saw the man throw a cigarette butt on the ground and walk away.
Radu Calin, of Charles Street, was issued a fixed penalty notice for the offence.

However, Calin failed to pay the penalty and was prosecuted by Ipswich Borough Council.
He was found guilty of littering under the Environmental Protection Act 1990 Section 87 at Suffolk Magistrates' Court on September 26, and order to pay a total of £304.
This was comprised of a £110 littering fine, £150 in costs and a £44 victim surcharge.
