Two former Town midfielders shared their insights into the world of professional football to students at a school in Ipswich.

The boys under 15 football team at St Joseph's College in Ipswich were able to listen to two retired players who played for Ipswich Town for a combined 12 seasons.

The teams head coach, Cole Skuse, who is also the manager of Bury Town FC played for Ipswich for eight seasons, making 268 appearances spoke to the students, as well as his former teammate, Tristan Nydam.

Tristan Nydam made 20 appearances across four seasons for Town's first team, following his nine years in the academy.

Must of his senior professional career was fraught with injuries, which ultimately made him decide to retire at the age of 22.

The former Town and England youth international led a training session with the students and took part in a Q and A.

He now uses his expertise training and helps younger players through PDP Coaching.
