A major Suffolk seaside regeneration project has now been completed to provide 27 new traditional beach huts.
The Seashore Village on Felixstowe seafront has now opened after having been originally touted for completion during the summer.
In September, a spokesperson for developer East Suffolk Council told the EADT there had been a 'good level of interest' in buying the beach huts, which are being marketed through Scott Beckett estate agents.

Prices for the huts range from £22,000 to £35,000 for a 15-year lease, with the option for a further five years.
As well as the 27 huts, there is also a single-storey accessible hut, built from self-insulating panels and capable of being split into smaller rooms or pods for hire.
The site between the road and prom has also been re-landscaped, with ramp access installed from Sea Road and the prom and new fully accessible toilets have also been added.

The village also features an activity park, which opened in July and has a climbing wall, petanque piste, table tennis tables, accessible picnic benches and an outdoor space for workouts.

Cllr Sarah Whitelock, the council's cabinet member for communities, leisure and tourism, said: “The Seashore Village provides a really welcome enhancement to this vibrant part of Felixstowe.
“The focus here has been on recreation and accessibility, for the benefit of public health and wellbeing.
“Alongside all the other high-quality facilities in the area, this should further strengthen Felixstowe’s tourism offer and provide another distinctive development for the town to be proud of.”
