A road was partially blocked by a fallen tree near Ipswich.
Officers were called to the B1113 in Sproughton, near to the Wild Man, at about 11am on Monday after reports that a tree was blocking the road.
One lane was blocked by the incident, according to a Suffolk police spokesman.
They added traffic was moving slowly in the area.
Storm Debi has arrived in Suffolk and has brought wind speeds in excess of 40mph.
It comes after Storms Babet and Ciarán wrecked havoc across Suffolk in recent weeks.
