Back in 2021 swimmers still took to the sea for a dip despite the cancellation of the official event over safety concerns.

The money raised will help the hospice charity to deliver free care to over 4,000 patients and their families throughout East Suffolk, Waveney and Great Yarmouth.

Advanced booking is already open for £15 per person and will close at midday on December 21.

Payment of £20 per person will also be accepted on the day of the event.

Those taking the plunge will meet at 8.30am in Felixstowe, opposite Mannings Amusements, for the dip starting at 10am.
