There were long delays and one lane was closed on the A14 outside Ipswich due to a crash.
Officers were called to the single-vehicle collision near Sproughton at about 7.05am on Tuesday.
One lane is closed due to barrier damage.
Long delays can be seen on the westbound carriageway as far back as the Orwell Bridge, eastbound as far as Sproughton and also along the A12.
Recovery was completed by 10.40am.
