One lane of the A12 was blocked in Suffolk by a fallen tree.
Police were called to the incident on the northbound carriageway, near to the turning for Copdock, at about 11.25am on Thursday.
A spokesman for Suffolk police said one lane was blocked.
They added a car had reportedly crashed into the tree.
