Two Ipswich men were charged with drink-driving related offences on Christmas Day.
Suffolk police has revealed a total of five people were arrested on suspicion of drink-driving on Monday, two of whom are set to appear in court.
Saman Silva, 40, of Mapleton Gardens, Ipswich, was charged with driving above the legal limit of alcohol, driving a vehicle without third party insurance and driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence following an arrest in Clementine Gardens.
And at about 10.50pm on Monday, a 41-year-old man was arrested in Sherrington Road, Ipswich, on suspicion of drink-driving.
Jeremy Leeburn, of Broom Hill Road in Ipswich, has been charged with driving above the legal limit of alcohol.
Both men are set to appear at Suffolk Magistrates' Court in Ipswich.
It comes after police have also confirmed a total of 24 people were arrested for various alleged offences across Suffolk on Christmas Day.
Suffolk police launched a drink-driving campaign at the start of December and warned motorists that officers would be breathalysing everyone they stopped on the roads throughout the month.
