There are currently delays on the A14 and A12 following a crash on the Copdock Interchange near Ipswich.
Officers were called to the crash at about 6.50am on Wednesday.
A spokesman for Suffolk police said lane two is blocked and traffic is still able to pass.
No serious injuries have been reported.
According to the AA Traffic Map there are delays in the area.
