Permission has been sought for a variety of new home constructions, commercial to residential alterations, extensions, tree work, and architectural changes across Ipswich.

The following plans have been submitted to Ipswich Borough Council for the week ending February 1, 2024.

IP/24/00067/VC. Former Redevelopment Site, Grafton Way: Variation of Condition 17 (vehicular areas) of outline planning permission to revise the approved car parking layout. For GHL (Ipswich) Developments Ltd.

IP/24/00085/FUL. 41 Raeburn Road: Erection of front porch. For Mr Valentin Belchev.

IP/24/00086/NMMA. 113 Felixstowe Road: Non-material amendment to planning permission for change of use of commercial property (Use Class Ea) into 3 residential units (Use Class C3), involving relocating the front door of Unit 1 from the side elevation to the front elevation facing the highway. For Mr Jonathan Elmy.

IP/24/00061/PDE. 83 Grove Lane: Prior notification of the erection of a single-storey rear extension projecting 6 metres from the original rear wall of the dwelling with a maximum overall height of 3 metres and eaves height of 3 metres. For Property By Buben.

IP/24/00066/NMMA. Land At The Rear Of 133 To 139, Valley Road: Non-material amendment to planning permission for erection of seven detached dwellings and garages & new vehicular access to reposition the garage and associated off-road parking to Plot 4. For Pajoma Limited.

Subsequent applications involve various building and dwelling expansions, installation of antenna and radio equipment at the Telephone Exchange, change of use of building spaces, and external wall insulation.

Protected tree orders were also applied for various trees across different properties.

Finally, several applications relate to listed building and conservation area proposals, especially in the Alexandra (Central Area).
