Overnight closures on the A14 near Ipswich begin tonight.
The westbound carriageway between junction 55 at the Copdock Interchange and junction 54 at Sproughton will be closed.
National Highways has said the stretch of road will be closed between 8pm and 6am from Monday until Saturday.
It comes as a major Ipswich road is being closed overnights for urgent works.
Foxhall Road will be closed for 10 nights from this evening for Anglian Water to carry out roadworks.
A diversion route will be in place for both road closures.
