There was long delays on the A14 in mid Suffolk.
A vehicle broke down in the eastbound carriageway heading towards Ipswich near Stowmarket on Tuesday morning.
Drivers were facing delays of up to 10 minutes according to the AA Traffic Map.
It comes after a crash caused delays on the A14 near Ipswich last night.
