Adjacent to Beechwood Drive, Purdis Farm Lane is the third most expensive street in Ipswich.
Data shows properties sell for an average of £854,000, with the highest valuation totalling £1,200,000.
4. Purdis Avenue, IP3
Purdis Avenue is the fourth most expensive road in Ipswich.
The average property valuation is £848,000, while the most expensive home sold for £1,030,000 in 2018.
5. The Avenue, IP1
Just a stone's throw from Christchurch Park, The Avenue in Ipswich is the next priciest street.
Homes in the road command an average price of £822,000, records show.
