An Ipswich man has been ordered to pay out nearly £400 for dropping a cigarette outside a shop.
Valeriu Lupan, of Foxhall Road, was charged with depositing litter in the form of a cigarette in Boston in Lincolnshire on September 9 last year.
The cigarette was dropped outside grocery shop Food Plus.
In Boston Magistrates' Court, the 32-year-old was ordered to pay a fine of £200, with a victim surcharge of £80, along with costs of £119 by April 4.
