Plans have been submitted for the change of use from offices to three flats in the town centre.

Ipswich Borough Council received the proposals which is for three three-bedroom flats to be created on the ground and upper floors of Maritime House at 19A St Helen's Street in Ipswich.

No external alterations will be made, with the flats created from the internal space.

Each flat will have its own floor, with the same layout in each flat.
