There’ll be something for everyone from classic cars to top of the range supercars and everything in between.”

Director Oliver Paul from the Suffolk Food Hall said: “The Food Hall is a very fitting location and we’re utterly delighted to be supporting this worthy charity as sadly cancer will, in some way and at some stage, affect us all."

He said the Food Hall was an ideal site, easily accessible from the A14 and A12 as well as Ipswich, and nestled underneath the Orwell Bridge.

It is a popular shopping destination with a history of fun family events such as its Tractor Fair.

Craig Ranson managing director of main sponsor Bridge Classic Cars said: “Almost all of us today have been affected by cancer in one way or another. I have experienced close family members, work colleagues, friends who have all gone through the cancer journey and too many of them are not here to tell the story.

“We are immensely proud to be supporting Cancer Support Suffolk on this amazing day of classic cars and from everyone here in the Bridge Classic Cars community, we hope that this day will be a step forward in helping someone else with their journey to recovery”.
