Ipswich Town loanee Brandon Williams has denied dangerous driving and using a car without third party insurance. 

Williams, who is currently on loan at Ipswich Town from Manchester United, appeared at Crewe Magistrates' Court, on Friday, March 22.

The 23-year-old, of Harper Hey, Manchester, is accused of driving an Audi A3 S Line dangerously on Ainslie Way, A34, in Wilmslow, near Stockport on August 20, 2023.

He is also charged with using a motor vehicle on a road or public place without third party insurance in August 2023 in Ainslie Way, A34, in Wimslow, Cheshire.

According to The Sun Newspaper, Williams denied dangerous driving and having no insurance.

The 23-year-old joined Town on August 24, 2023, joining on a season-long loan.

The full back went on to make 15 league appearances for the club, scoring two goals.

He returned to Manchester United in January for a 'medical assessment' following a series of repeated illnesses and 'knocks'.

There was hopes the 23-year-old would return to the club in February, but it was revealed that he had suffered a "set-back in his recovery".

His last game for the club came in the 0-0 draw with QPR on December 29, he was then an unused sub for the Stoke City goalless draw on January 1, which was the last time he appeared in the Ipswich Town squad.

According to The Sun, Crewe Magistrates' Court sent the case for trial at Chester Crown Court, with a hearing on April 19.

He was also reportedly granted unconditional bail.
