A man from Kesgrave has been ordered to pay out £100 for speeding while in High Wycombe.
Glenn Tootill, 59, was caught speeding in Buckinghamshire while driving his Ford GT on the A4010.
The road runs from the north to south of the county and has a speed limit of 30mph, however, the 59-year-old was caught by a speed camera going at 40mph in July last year.
The speed limit was signified by the street lighting that were placed every 200 yards.
He appeared before Oxford Magistrates' Court in February, where he pleaded guilty to the charge.
The court fined Tootill £72 and ordered him to pay a further £28 in victim surcharge.
He was also handed three penalty points on his driving licence.
