A man suffered a medical emergency while working on scaffolding in Ipswich.
Suffolk Fire and Rescue received reports the man was on scaffolding on the thirteenth floor of a building on Tuesday.
Emergency services were called to Franciscan House, near Ipswich town centre, just before 11.42am to assist during the medical emergency.
Seven fire engines attended the scene and used an external lift to reach the man in his 40s and bring him to safety.
The patient was then taken to a nearby hospital and treated for his injuries.
This emergency comes after an air ambulance also landed at a school in Ipswich today after another separate medical emergency.
