A nursing home comprising of 38 en-suite bedrooms has been listed for sale and will go to auction at the end of the month.
Orwell Nursing Home, situated in Vicarage Lane in Wherstead, just outside Ipswich, will be sold at auction by Savills on May 30, with a guide price of £900,000.
The former nursing home is available on a freehold tenure, and measures at approximately 1.32 acres.
It is being sold with the potential for the new buyer to convert the building into residential use.
The site had previously been listed for auction with Savills last summer, but did not sell.
At the time, its guide price was £1.55million.
