Looking for something to do during the Easter holidays?

Here are four Ipswich town centre markets open this weekend.

1. Ipswich Market

Open: Saturday, April 12 from 9am until 4pm

Have a wander and find Catchey's Fruit & Veg, Foxy’s Foods, KS Dhariwal (clothing) and Youngs Fish.

2. Christchurch Park Market

Open: Sunday, April 13 from 9.30am until 3pm

Everything from homemade pies, cheese, candles and wax melts, handmade jewellery and garden items can be found.

Spend a couple of hours and you could wander around the park, grab a bite to eat or visit the mansion for free.

3. Craft and Collectors Fair

Open: Sunday, April 13 from 12pm until 4pm

The shop, which opened in October 2021, has become a safe space full of inclusivity and community for those wanting to game and meetup.

It runs events including Pokémon, the fair, and One Piece meetups.

4. The Walk Spring Market

Open: Sunday, April 13 from 10am until 4pm

The Easter market was arranged after the success of the Christmas Market also held in The Walk.

In preparation, Threads for All called on arty people to design and make spring themed bunting ahead of the market.

The Military Surplus store also opened in The Walk last weekend and shared its excitement ahead of the market.
