A dog day care has announced it has a new dog pool.
Suffolk Dog Town, in Farthing Road in Ipswich, has upgraded its facilities.
The day care business has been open for seven years, and it has also been a grooming salon for more than five years.

She said "all the staff fell in love with the idea of a doggy swimming pool".

"All day care doggies have the chance to have a fun, safe swim, which is not only great for those who love a splash, but is also an opportunity for dogs to build their confidence in the water at no extra cost.
"I have been lucky enough to have family and friends in the building trade to help me with this project, and it is thanks to them that we can provide this fabulous service."
The centre is located in Ipswich (Image: Suffolk Dog Town) The centre provides dog life jackets, water toys and a secure ramp for the dogs to enter and exit the pool.

Also, the centre plans to open the pool up to the public for private weekends and bank holiday hires for owners and their pooches.
