A resident who lives near a park in Ipswich has shared her concern with speeding motorists on the road, causing danger to pedestrians and children.
Mihaela Kiryakova has raised concerns over speeding on Clapgate Lane as well as the late-night noises from motorists and the lack of calming measures.
The 39-year-old has lived on the street for the last decade, but she says that for the last year and a half, it has gotten "really bad".

She said: "Motorists are driving at speed. Motorcyclists, you can't see their helmets because they are going so fast.
"I see it from my window and because you have just one lot of traffic lights, vehicles travel at whatever speed they like because there is nothing else to slow them down.
"Children go to Landseer Park and play football, they have to cross the road, which is dangerous because cars park on the road and vehicles speed.

"Nothing has happened, no measures are being taken to slow drivers down. There's a bus stop, people getting off are at risk.
"Nacton Road has speed humps, why doesn't Clapgate Lane?"
She also raised concerns over the noises that occur outside her house in the evenings.

She said: "We have people driving loud cars and bikes, people gathering, teenagers smoking in the park and drinking beers.
"We've tried contacting the police but they said they need to do something really bad for them to attend.
"I'm just worried. It's dangerous and I am deeply concerned that something might happen on the road before anything is done.
"We need something for our neighbourhood."
A Suffolk Constabulary spokesperson said: "Suffolk Police were made aware of this issue by local councillors, and it is currently one of the south-east Ipswich Crime Prevention Team’s three top priorities.
"We want to assure residents we are focusing on extra patrols in these areas and are also liaising with our roads policing colleagues."
Liz Harsant, Suffolk County Councillor for the Gainsborough division, said: "I suffer with the noise some nights and it's absolutely frightening.

"Clapgate Lane allows you to speed because it's quite a straight road and God forbid a child or dog runs out.
"It's not confined to this area, it seems to be a problem across town.
"Unfortunately, there is no spare cash to put in traffic calming measures. We get a locality transport fund and that's not a lot and it's a tremendous amount of money and work to get things in place.
"I am anxious about the problem and I sympathise with residents because I know what it's like and it is frightening."
