A husband-and-wife duo are to open a new holistic wellness centre at a business park in Ipswich.

The Holistic Health Training Centre, run by Darnte Wilson and Ellisha Soanes, is set to welcome its first visitors at the Greenwich Business Park off Landseer Road in January.

A key feature of the centre will be the workout and training zone, led by former national-level athlete and strength and conditioning coach Mr Wilson, to deliver inclusive strength and conditioning, sports massage, group and one-to-one sessions and mentoring and work experience opportunities.

Ms Soanes, an international education consultant, will run a learning zone at the site.

An acupuncture clinic at the front of the building, a separate enterprise led by Rebecca Chung of Yu TCM, will provide health services to the community.

The founders said: "This space exists to create opportunity. To ensure people feel supported at every stage of their journey — physically, mentally, and professionally."

The Holistic Wellness and Training Centre officially opens on January 17.
