A new charity campaign is turning everyday repairs into meaningful support for families in need.

‘Repair with a Purpose’ has been launched by window and door specialists Mr Misty to raise funds for East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices (EACH) and help children with life-threatening conditions and their families.

The company will donate £2 from every job booked during the first quarter of 2026, with contributions backdated to January 1, 2026.

This campaign is expected to generate a substantial donation, as Mr Misty completes between 400 and 500 jobs each quarter.

Joshua Sheppard, owner of Mr Misty, said: "At Mr Misty, we believe in giving back to the communities we serve.

"‘Repair with a Purpose’ is our way of turning everyday home repairs into something truly meaningful."

All window or door repairs and installations booked between January and the end of March 2026 will automatically contribute to the campaign.

He said: "Looking ahead, Mr Misty plans for ‘Repair with a Purpose’ to become a long-term initiative, supporting other local charities in the coming months of 2026 and years ahead."
