Search the Public Notice PortalHomeowners living near Ipswich Town Football Club's training ground have raised complaints over the day-to-day use and current building work.
The concerns raised by people living near the club's training ground in Playford Road led to Rushmere St Andrew Parish Council holding an emergency meeting and calling for 'urgent action'.
Concerns include persistent daily parking issues as well as noise disturbance from the upgrade works which is said to be 'affecting the quality of life' for residents.

Rushmere and St Andrew Parish Council said: "These cumulative impacts are affecting quality of life and we are calling for urgent action, including improved floodlight shielding, better parking management, and effective mitigation measures to address construction-related disruption."
The parish council has raised the concerns with East Suffolk Council, Suffolk County Council and Ipswich Town Football Club.
An 'extraordinary' meeting was called by the parish council after they received a number of complaints from homeowners resulting in them calling for action.
Day-to-day issues raised by residents include an intrusive light spill coming from floodlights at the training ground as well as persistent parking issues during training sessions, where vehicles block residential roads and pavements

The parish council state the parking issues persist 'despite available on-site parking'.
Last year, Ipswich Town were given planning permission to redevelopment their Playford Road site including the creation of a state-of-the-art first team building.
The redevelopment also includes the extension and refurbishment for the academy and women's teams.

Owner Mark Ashton confirmed that the redevelopment will be completed in June and labelled it as 'the most elite sporting facilities that Suffolk has ever seen’.

However, residents have stated that the ongoing upgrade works at the site have also led to increased disturbance, with residents reporting early morning HGV movements, noise, dust, and damage to verges and kerbs in surrounding roads.
An East Suffolk Council spokesperson stated that they are aware of the concerns raised by the homeowners and parish council.
