Ipswich Town's skipper has thanked the "unbelievable" support of the town following an open-top bus parade in front of a 50,000 strong crowd.
Days after securing promotion back to the Premier League with a 3-0 win against QPR at Portman Road, captain Dara O'Shea and right-back Darnell Furlong gave their thoughts on returning to the top flight at the first time of asking.
In only his second season for the club, Ipswich's number 26 took over the captain's armband from previous promotion winning skipper Sam Morsy.
O'Shea said: "You can see for yourself the turnout we have had, the support that has been shown has been unbelievable and its nice to be part of it.
"It means so much [to be apart of the town and the club] like I said the support they have given us and the memories they have given us will last a life time.
"To do that with our families here and all of the supporters as well is incredible."
Right-back Darnell Furlong joined the Blues in August and was on the team-sheet against his former club QPR on the final day.
He said: "Feeling amazing [after Saturday] and its so good to come out and celebrate it.
"The [highlight] has to be the final game, we have had some great moments at home and some fantastic away wins and obviously the scenes at the end of the game were amazing."

Ashley Young revealed his side have indulged in plenty of revelry since sealing promotion back to the Premier League.
The defender announced his retirement on Thursday after a 23-year professional career.
He said Monday’s open-top bus parade was “just a perfect way to go out, on a day of celebration”.
“There’s been a lot of drinking, a lot of celebrating,” said Young, speaking at the parade, when Sky Sports asked to sum up his side’s last 48 hours.
“I think one word that sticks out for us is being humble. A lot was said about us this season. We all bounced back, but I knew what we had in that dressing room.”
Former central midfield player Simon Milton interviewed Kieran McKenna and members of the squad from the top deck of the bus.
Milton recapped a third promotion for goalkeeper Christian Walton, who kept 16 clean sheets in between the sticks for the blues.
Marcelino Núñez told the Canaries to "**** off" when he took the microphone, much to the cheer and laughter to the nearly 50,000 Ipswich Town fans waiting in Christchurch Park.
