A wedding venue has suspended its fireworks displays due to new government guidelines.
Copdock Hall paused the events in light of current government guidance and the exceptionally dry conditions, along with complaints raised within the community.

A spokesman for Copdock Hall said: "We take the experience and safety of our guests extremely seriously, as well as our responsibility to look after and respect the local community, surrounding villages and countryside.
"For any firework displays at Copdock Hall, we always work with an external professional fireworks company, who are responsible for managing and delivering all displays on site.

"Before any display takes place, they carry out a full on-site risk assessment, taking into account the conditions at the time, and we work closely with them to ensure that all relevant guidance and safety requirements are fully complied with."
The statement follows concerns raised by a resident about fireworks being set off during extreme fire risk conditions.
The resident, who wished to remain anonymous, said: "Copdock Hall wedding venue in Copdock Village continues to let off fireworks despite the extreme risk of wildfire.

"All the residents in Copdock are worried as all the fields are bone dry. It’s completely irresponsible of the company to do this after the devastation of Dunwich and in Stourbridge."
The spokesman for the hall responded to the comments, adding: "We are also following all current government guidance in relation to the heightened risk of wildfires and the exceptionally dry conditions.
"In light of this, fireworks at the venue have been paused and will remain so until the current national restrictions have been lifted and it is considered safe for them to resume."
The spokesman confirmed that no fireworks were launched on Friday after the announcement.
The venue typically offers five to six-minute displays above its vineyard as part of its wedding packages.
