The centre cares for abandoned and stray cats, providing shelter, food and veterinary care before rehoming them.

The application includes the change of use of the ground floor of 179 Cauldwell Hall Road to commercial space, while retaining the first floor as a self-contained flat.

Plans also include the construction of new enclosed cat pens to the rear of the property and a replacement rear extension spanning both 179 and 181 Cauldwell Hall Road.

The proposal aims to consolidate the charity’s operations, improve efficiency and enhance its public-facing functions.
